This global initiative will be hosted by Argentina with a welcoming reception in Buenos Aires at the renowned Argentina Brand Cardon Space on the 30th of August. The WFO will also welcome Argentina as WFO National Chapter and official member during the event, in partnership with Desarrollo de Negocios Internacionales (DNI) and Argentina Fashion Week, supported by the Secretary of Culture of Argentina.   The ‘Fashion for Development and Peace’ campaign aims to ensure that the advancement of the global fashion industry is soundly undertaken. The Latin American launch, attended by representatives and Ambassadors from Uruguay, Brazil, Paraguay, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Venezuela, Dominican Republic and Panama, will be followed by events in China, India, Nigeria, USA and Europe, among Argentinean fashion Icons and media. The initiative aims to globally enhance the power of fashion as a tool to develop economies and encourage social cohesion through the implementation of Corporate, Social and Environmental Responsibility.   ”Argentina is a Country of individual talent, creativity and design.
