The First Annual of the World Fashion Week™ will be held in USA in 2011, and will feature top and upcoming fashion designers, models, make-up artist, hair stylist, photographers and professionals representing their Nation of origin from all over the world, in a celebration of cultural diversity expressed through the artistic movement of Fashion.
Each day of the World Fashion Week™ includes runway shows, showcasing fashion designers from each country in three main categories; Haute Couture, Prêt-a-porter and Menswear. Each participating country will host a fashion Pavilion, where the top brands of each nation will showcase their latest collections to buyers and retailers from all over the world.
World Fashion Week™ encourage the expansion of world fashion while promoting international fashion business relationships and understanding. WFW's Mission is to foster the increased participation in the world fashion forum by developed and developing countries alike, particularly with a view to better integrate all countries into the World Fashion.

World Fashion Week™ serves as “Olympic Style” platform and global voice for the national fashion industries around the world. As an internationally reaching event and network for trade and fashion professionals, the annual event provides a forum for worldwide exposure and recognition.
Furthermore, in partnership with the Export Import Organization, World Trade Forum, World Trade University, International Trade Centre, World Trade Corps, Fashion Television Channel the Business Council for International Understanding, and fashion organization from over 40 nations, World Fashion Week™ promotes Corporate, Environmental and Social Responsibility while building bridges of understanding between nations and cultures, solidifying the World Fashion Week's humanitarian voice “Fashion For Development and Peace”
