WFA offers the following services to its members:
The Global Strength of WFA® (World Fashion Association)
In representation of the world fashion industry as the most globally recognized organization, membership identified as WFA® includes national and local associations and organizations on the field of world fashion which are truly representative of the international business and professional interests of their members such as corporations and companies in world fashion industry, business and employers federations, law firms and consultancies, export-import service, insurance, customs, and individuals involved in world fashion business.
The Premier Benefits Worldwide
Members of an association/organization/entity affiliated with WFA, are eligible for the many member benefits offered by The Group of World Fashion Week-World Fashion Award and their subsidiaries as well as opportunities provided by WFAs for their members to obtain reduced rates on a wide variety of world fashion services and publications.
Financial Support
On condition that the Association Member should comply with the rules, regulation and its Constitution, fulfilling its financial responsibility toward WFA as a member, the World Headquarters may provide the Association Member with direct financial supports as following:
* The revenues generated by WFA?s affinity partnership programs for its WFA members;
* Donation and stipends from world fashion related organizations, foundations and funds;
* Each Association Member sets its membership fees so as to enable it to meet its own operational expenses as well as its financial obligations vis-à-vis WFA.
* All other possible resources;
WFA Stock in The Group of World Fashion Week-World Fashion Award and their subsidiaries
The WFA is the owner of shares of stock in The Group of World Fashion Week-World Fashion Award and their subsidiaries. The Group of World Fashion Week-World Fashion Award and their subsidiaries is a company group which mainly provides a world fashion service over a business-to-business WFA network. WFA´s stock has potential to grow in value. This stock is held for the benefit of the members and while there cannot be any direct allocation of the stock or the proceeds of a sale to the members, because of the not-for-profit status of the WFA, any sums realized from the sale of this stock can be used for purposes which advance the mission of WFA and its members.
